Are Rokform cases compatible with MagSafe accessories?
Yes, our latest Rugged and Crystal series cases are designed with integrated magnets that are fully compatible with Apple MagSafe chargers and third-party accessories.
How does the RokLock twist-lock system work?
The RokLock system allows you to securely mount your phone to a variety of accessories for bikes, motorcycles, and cars. Simply align the cross-shaped opening on the back of your case with the mount and twist to lock it into place.
Will the magnets in the case damage my phone or credit cards?
No, our Neodymium magnets are specifically shielded and positioned to ensure they do not interfere with your phone's GPS, Bluetooth, or internal components. However, we recommend keeping magnetic stripe credit cards away from direct contact with the magnets.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is the Rokform 2-year warranty?
We stand behind our products. Rokform offers a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase when bought through an authorized reseller.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
